The campaign was built on a single, bold idea: "Stomp 'Em Out." It delivered a clear and urgent call to action, inviting Pittsburghers to take matters into their own hands—literally—by squashing this invasive little pest. Free downloads made it easy for the public to join the fight, spreading the message far and wide.
